The product quality control department internally monitors the quality of customer orders with focus on the following priorities:

• production release only after order acceptance
• production monitoring by means of visual checks
• tailormade solutions according to the customer's requests
• prepackaging for shipping

Before the production, we compare every customer-specific order with the so-called original specimen and thus ensure the consistently high color, gloss and embossing quality as well as the dimensional accuracy. The customer can always be sure to process products of consistently high quality with uniform properties.

Furthermore, we unwind the rolled-up films and check them for possible surface defects (e.g. contamination, stains, holes or scratches) on a light table.

After the thorough inspection and subsequent release, the film is cut to the length and width specified by the customer, then packed in cardboard boxes, on special transport racks or pallets and eventually shipped to the customer.
